Participants will examine the principles of victim-centered practice\, explore barriers to victim participation\, and learn strategies to create safe\, supportive\, and trauma-informed spaces. Through case studies\, reflective dialogue\, and practical exercises\, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of what genuine victim engagement looks like and how to balance accountability\, repair\, and healing within restorative frameworks. (Eligible for 12 CECs) \n\n\n\nEligibility: \n\n\n\n1.  JRB/YDT Facilitator or Case Managers only2.  Have previously taken RJ 101 and 2013.  Must attend both days of training
