This in-person immersive four-day training is designed for Youth Diversion Team facilitators and case managers looking to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed restorative justice within the diversion process. Participants will explore the philosophy, principles, and practical application of restorative justice to support more positive outcomes for youth with arrestable offenses. Based on the NEW Policy and Procedures Manual for Youth Diversion Teams, this training will incorporate group discussions, hands-on exercises, role plays, and videos. (Eligible for 26 CECs)
Eligibility:
1. JRB/YDT Facilitator or Case Managers only
2. Have previously taken RJ 101 and 201
3. Must attend all four days of training
